Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents. Warranty period varies between products and can be found on the product page. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. Proof of purchase may be requested for warranty claim. LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.
Pickleball Paddle Limited Warranty
Registration is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy.
LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 180 Days FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE* in the United States and Canada. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
What LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. Covers:
This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.
If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. will, at their own discretion:
- Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value).
- If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailers return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. customer service.
- LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product).
- Damage to edge guards through normal play is not covered as a manufactured defect.
- Fading of graphics.
- Used in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC.
- Purchasing from a non-authorized LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. dealer or purchasing in used condition.
- Not being the original purchaser.
- Hitting the ground with the paddle or other objects such as other paddles.
- Leaving the Paddle in your vehicle in extreme temperatures.
- Any modifications made to the Paddle. Adding lead tape could affect the bond of edge guards.
Submit a Warranty Claim:
- Product must be registered prior to filing a warranty claim.
- You must include THE ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT.
- You must submit a Customer Service Case through email at warranty@legacypickleball.com
- Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, model number of the product, and a description of the problem.
- Customer is responsible for shipping the paddle back to LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC. to validate the warranty claim.
- Ship to Legacy Pickleball: 3137 Hemon Road, Montgomery, AL 36106.
- PLEASE INCLUDE: NAME, ADDRESS, ORDER NUMBER, ISSUE in the package with your warranty return. It will not be processed quickly if you do not follow this procedure.
Paddle Registration:
- If you purchased your paddle directly from LEGACYPICKLEBALL.com, you do not have to register your paddle. It was automatically registered at the time of purchase.
- If you purchased your paddle via a LEGACY PICKLEBALL, LLC Authorized Dealer you must register your paddle by emailing us at warranty@legacypickleball.com with your proof of purchase and your shipping address.
- Registration is required to have your paddle covered by the limited warranty policy.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee. **New Policy as of 8/11/2023** Purchases prior will fall under the Prior 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Each customer will have 30 days to return an item from the original purchase date.
- The product has to have a ship date back to Legacy within the 30 calendar days beginning the date of the initial order. (unless the product is in back order then the ship date of the product will constitute the beginning of the 30 days)
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges.
- Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
- All Items must be NEW and in an UN-USED Condition and contain all original packaging and accessories and still have the original plastic wrapped on the handle in order to receive FULL CREDIT.
- Special Weight Requests are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Lightly used Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- If approved, a refund will be initiated within 10 business days from arrival.
